Security Policy

To ensure the security of information and the Official Portal of the Department of National Culture and Arts (JKKN), visitors are subject to the following security policy:

1. Contributing and disseminating prohibited information and negative material that contradicts national policies is forbidden.
2. Spreading information of a political, seditious or racial nature, or anything that damages the reputation of the Department and the Public Service, is forbidden.
3. Visitors who wish to use facilities such as forums are required to register as a security measure to prevent undesirable incidents.
4. Visitors must ensure that files sent via attachment are free of viruses.
5. Visitors are fully responsible for the information they key in.
6. All information to be uploaded to the JKKN website must obtain the approval of the Division or Department Head.
7. Agency or company websites requiring a link to the JKKN website or vice versa must obtain the approval of the Department Head.
8. Intrusion or attempts to hack the JKKN website are forbidden.
